Moloka'i Program
At Spirit Horse Ranch, we believe that healing is not just a process, but a journey that we take together.
We have the privilege of working with our wonderful collaborative partner, Ho’aka Mana to foster healing, mental wellness, and resilience through evidence-based, equine-assisted interventions and trauma support on Molokaʻi.
We visit every first Tuesday of each month until September 2025, to engage with community interested in fostering healthy relationships. We are honored to offer this program and grateful to witness the strength and resilience of the families we serve.

Artistic Expression
The arts, such as painting, crafting and drawing contribute to core determinants of health; playing a critical role in health promotion; helping to prevent the onset of mental illness and age related physical decline; supporting the treatment or management of mental illness, and noncommunicable diseases and neurological disorders.
Organic Gardening
Our greenhouse will provide a space to plant and grow food, helping participants to practice acceptance, move beyond perfectionism, develop a growth mindset, connect with others, be one with nature, be present in the moment, exercise, eat healthfully, develop a sense of teamwork and gain confidence through the knowledge that their actions sustain life.
